Chad Stearns, a native of Elmore County, has been active in the home building industry since 1992 and is a Graduate Master Builder (GMB).  He was a builder with Watts Homes from 1998 - 2009 and was Watts Homes’ “Builder of the Year” in 2002.  Chad is actively involved in The Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association.

Chad graduated from Elmore County High School and then obtained an Environmental Biology degree from Auburn University in Montgomery.  He is an active member of his church where he serves as a deacon.  He and his wife Cathy have two daughters.
